Das Buch ist doppelt so dick wie die "normalen" Bücher aus der Reihe (insgesamt 96 Seiten) und deshalb auch teurer.Der Inhalt ist top aktuell. Es wird die amerikanische wie die sowjetische bzw. russische Raumfahrt-Entwicklung nebeneinander dargestellt (inkl. Systemwettkampf) bis hin zur ISS.Die ISS wird natürlich besonders ausführlich behandelt. Die einzelnen Module und wie man Astronaut wird. Dann gibt es viel zu Alexander Gerst.Aber auch andere Programme kommen vor: die ESA natürlich, das japanische Modul Kibo, die chinesische Raumstation Tiangong 1 u.a.
Inhaltlich alles drinne, was kleine Astronauten wissen wollen. Kann ich empfehlen.
Ich habe dieses Buch für meine Söhne (7 & 10 Jahre) gekauft, die schon seit Monaten alles über die ISS verschlingen (Alexander Gerst lässt grüßen...)Wir haben auf der Buchmesse Frankfurt einen Vortrag des Autors über dieses Buch gesehen und es auch direkt gekauft.Enthalten sind viele Informationen über die Geschichte der ISS und der bemannten Raumfahrt. Auch der Alltag auf der ISS wird geschildert.Wie funktioniert Gravitation und welche Voraussetzungen muss ich erfüllen, um Astronaut zu werden - diese Fragen werden neben unzähligen anderen ebenfalls beantwortet.Absolute Kaufempfehlung für kleine Wissenschaftler!
